Cholula Rebrand
I decided to rebrand Cholula Hot Sauce, which is my favorite hot sauce. I felt that the packaging, although iconic, was a bit outdated. The colors I chose were very reminiscent of Cholula’s brand and invoked a sense of Mexico within the logo design and colors.

When sketching my logo designs, I wanted to keep the landscape of Mexico in mind, as this is a very important aspect of Cholula. I ultimately decided to incorporate luchador poster design and traditional Mexican patterns into the logo design.
Package Design
My main goal was to keep the same shape of the well-known packaging. The wrap label and neck wrap are iconic and I wanted the shape and size to stay the same. The branding itself changed to be more modern and fun, but the heart and soul of the brand remains.
